Outdoor Recess

We will plan for outdoor recess throughout the winter months unless it is a soaking rain or combined temperature and windchill below 20 degrees.  Please send your children to school with the appropriate outerwear in order for them to stay warm and dry while playing in, on or around the snow.  Boots or a solid waterproof shoe are a good choice for walking through and climbing on the snow.  Snow pants are required for students wanting to roll around in the snow.  Hats and mittens/gloves will keep us comfortable on these cold days.  Thank you for your support in helping to keep out students warm and dry.
